Norman Besheer has been added to the Marquis Who's Who.
Norman Orville Besheer, Gunter CEO and past president celebrates decades of professional excellence in his field.

KANSAS CITY, MO. October 5, 2017. Norman O. Besheer has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who Volumes, individuals are selected on the basis of a current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

With decades of industry experience behind him, Mr. Besheer works as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Gunter Pest Management, Inc.  Over the years, he has served as the company’s president, treasurer, vice president, and general counsel.  Additionally, he has lent his expertise to the law firms of Swanson Midgley LLC and Langworthy, Matz & Linde; as well as House Counsel of The Kansas City Life Insurance Company, Corporate Secretary and House Counsel of the North Penn Gas Company in Port Allegany, PA, and Assistant Corporate Secretary and House Counsel of The Gas Service Company, now known as SPIRE.

A graduate of the University of Kansas City and its School of Law (now called University of Missouri at Kansas City) with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government and a minor in foreign languages as well as a Juris Doctor in law.  His professional affiliations include The Missouri Bar, The Metropolitan Bar Association of Greater Kansas City, The Navy League of the United States, the Sons of the American Revolution, The Native Sons and Daughters of Greater Kansas City, The National Pest Management Association and the Missouri and Kansas Pest Management Associations.  Throughout his career, he has worked hard for the pest management industry as well as contributing articles in the Missouri Bar Journal and the Kansas City University Law Review.  He is also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having retired in 1982 as a Major.

Notably, Mr. Besheer has been recognized many times for his professional accomplishments.  In addition to being inducted into both the Missouri and Kansas Pest Management Associations Halls of Fame in 2016, he has been named as Man of the Year through the same associations.  Looking toward the future, Mr. Besheer intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career.
