Today we are going to be answering the question “What Is The Residential Quarterly Pest Program?”.
While we would love to tell you this is a very exclusive club that only some can join (hey, it sounds cooler that way!) it isn’t super exclusive. In fact, we feel this is the best plan we offer for our residential customers. Our residential program is quarterly pest control with FREE callbacks throughout the year. Most of our customers find this to be extremely cost-efficient, with a first-time service fee of $59 and then only $30/month after that.
The services cover inside and out (granular insecticide around the foundation of your Kansas City area home, and the average spot treatments). Nearly all pests from spiders to pesky sweater-eating silverfish, are included. The only exclusions are bedbugs, termites, and carpenter bees. We still treat these guys, of course, so give us a call if that’s what you’ve got!
