If you’re not looking to commit to our recommended residential quarterly pest control plan, then we have another option available to you. That option is our “one shot” pest prevention plan. Instead of four times a year with free callbacks included in our quarterly service, we’ll come just twice a year (or just once if you prefer) to inspect and treat for ants, spiders, silverfish, rodents, other general pests.
$239 for a full interior and exterior service, this preventative treatment covers you under a three month warranty. After your initial treatment, callbacks are just $50 anytime within two months of your one-shot treatment. We suggest that you use this treatment semi-annually, but you are not obligated to schedule two in one year.
Here’s How it Works.
Give us a call or use our online scheduling tool to book your first appointment for a full interior treatment. You can either pay over the phone when you set up your appointment or the day of your treatment via check, cash or credit card.
One-Time Treatments:
After you schedule your one-time pest prevention treatment, our technician will meet you at the front door and get to work right away! Please mention if you’re seeing spiders — we can add glue board traps throughout your home at no additional charge for spider prevention and monitoring. Also, please mention if you’re seeing ants or roaches. If so, we can apply gel baits throughout key areas of your home like the kitchen and bathrooms.
We will also apply low odor crack and crevice treatment with residual spray along baseboards in each room along with an attic treatment for silverfish.
Extra Add-Ons:
$250 Rodent Treatment: This price includes an initial visit and a follow-up visit one month later. If you’ve seen rodent activity, please note this before our arrival. We will provide a full rodent inspection, looking for evidence and to provide and suggest entry points that you may be able to patch. We will install bait boxes throughout the home if you’re having rodent activity.
$80 Carpenter Ants or German Roach Treatment: We will inspect and use a treatment protocol designed specifically for carpenter ants or german roaches.
$80 Flea Treatment: We will inspect ant treat specifically for fleas using a growth regulator to stop the reproduction cycle.
$110 Brown Recluse Spider Treatment: We recommend an initial treatment followed by two monthly follow-up appointments for $50 each.
$50 Call Backs: If you notice that a new pest problem or a current infestation has gotten worse, you may require a callback. Anytime within two months of your initial residential one-time visit, we can come back for $50. Our one-time pest prevention plan reduces the price it would normally be for a one-time treatment. Although if you’re looking for free callbacks, our quarterly pest control plan may be a better fit.

One-Time Pest Control FAQs
How long does a one-time pest control treatment last?
Most one-time treatments provide about 2–3 months of pest prevention depending on the pest pressure around your home.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
No. Most treatments can be performed while you remain home. We recommend pets, pregnant women and children under the age of 5 to be out of the home for 2 hours.
What pests are not included?
Termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, and rodents require separate services.
How quickly can you schedule a treatment?
Most appointments can be scheduled within a few business days — depending on the part of the Kansas City metro where you live.
