What are you most passionate about?
Video games, mainly shooters and RPGs. Also, Lord of the Rings, and lots of other fantasy fandoms.
What’s your favorite movie?
Kung Fu Hustle – great comedy, great action, and great story. This movie actually gets a 90% rating on rotten tomatoes.
What do you enjoy most about your new coworkers or the job so far?
There’s a great sense of camaraderie among all of the technicians at Gunter, and they have been quick to welcome me into that.
What’s the most unique experience treating a customer’s house?
I’m new to this business, so the first time I learned about the distinct smell of a cockroach infestation, I experienced a surreal sense of nostalgia. I was transported back to a dear childhood friend’s home wondering why their house had an odd smell, and now i know.
Where were you born and how long have you lived in The Kansas City area?
I was born in Kansas City, MO, and I’ve lived here all my life.
What is one thing your co-workers might not know or find surprising about you?
I once downed three Irish car bomb shots in just under ten seconds :).
What are your favorite things about living in kansas city? what area of kansas city do you live?
I love the small town mindset combined with city living in Kansas City. I live near Rockhurst University – one of our commercial pest control clients – but Waldo is my home.
in your opinion, what is the best restaurant in kansas city?
Kororo Maki House – a sushi restaurant in Waldo, Kansas City.
What are three things left unchecked on your bucket list?
I’d like to visit Japan, travel for a year in Europe, and camp in Denali National Park in Alaska.
