Termite Inspections
Gunter offers termite inspections for property owners or for prospective property owners for the purpose of finding out whether or not termites are present in a building.

Termite Treatments
If termites are discovered, Gunter offers two types of termite remedial treatments. One is a traditional liquid barrier treatment using a liquid termiticide and sometimes combining this treatment with a spot boric acid application and a spot foam application. We are also an authorized Operator of the Sentricon® System in which we place monitoring stations outside the home and uses a bait to eliminate the termites once they enter the stations. This type of treatment is considered more environmentally friendly than the conventional method.

Residential Pest Control
For homes, we recommend our Diamond Annual Service Plan, which consists of four quarterly treatments. On the first visit, we inspect the home inside and out for all types of pests, including spiders, insects and rodents. Then, we perform a treatment according to your specific needs. Treatments usually consist of 1) an attic treatment 2) crack & crevice treatments 3) spot residual treatment in high risk areas or for specific pests  4) spot fogging as needed for spiders or flying insects 5) baiting for rodents as needed 6) granular insecticides next to exterior foundation 7) treating around exterior windows and doors with a long-term residual spray. 8) removing reachable spider webs and wasp nests. Alternatively, for homes, we offer a “one shot” treatment on the entire interior with a six-month service agreement. Follow-up treatments within 6 months of the initial treatment are available by paying a small trip charge fee.

Commercial Pest Control
Gunter specializes in making and keeping all types of commercial and industrial structures pest-free. We currently service thousands of commercial entities including restaurants, office buildings, car dealerships, churches, schools, day cares, country clubs, grocery stores, warehouses as well as many other types of buildings. Usually, these are serviced on a monthly or quarterly basis. Please call us to schedule an appointment for one of our commercial pest experts to inspect and evaluate your pest management needs.

Retail Sales
We sell "do-it-yourself" products at our main office on 72nd Street for those who want professional products but enjoy doing the service themselves. We sell residual concentrates, growth regulators for cockroaches and fleas, foggers, crack & crevice products, rodent bait and many other products.
