One of Matt’s favorite parts about Gunter is the once-every-five-years employee vacation!
- Because of his longtime dedication to our team, he’s gotten to attend three of our Team Gunter vacations!
- Our management team takes our entire staff, plus a guest of their choice, on an all-expenses-paid team bonding vacation once every five years if we (as a team) meet our sales growth goal. This tradition/benefit started around 1995.
Matt earned the title of Pest Control Division Supervisor after gaining years of experience as a veteran on our team.
- He’s trained over a dozen new pest control service technicians throughout his twenty-plus year career.
- Matt consistently receives wonderful reviews from commercial and residential customers who request that only he treat their home or business during regularly scheduled visits.
